Research Infrastructure


Research infrastructure of IOE consists of a dozen or so laboratories situated in 5 buildings. IOE laboratories and workrooms are well equipped with modern apparatuses for: spectroscopy (UV-Vis-NIR-THz, Fluorescence, Raman, AAS), material characteristic (SEM, AFM, XPS, NanoSight), thin layers production (PVD, CVD, PLD), detection of signals, recording of laser radiation parameters, and laser metrology. Such equipment ensures carrying out high quality research. Six laboratories have been established or developed in the frame of the OPTOLAB project running with funds of 58 mln PLN.
